Try this site. Go to departments and click on Medical Examiner for autopsy diagrams. Otherwise, simply do a turn out for whatever item you are looking for.
Best point to do is to get into medical academy. First become a Doctor (General Practice) then do your internship, next a residency in Pathology, later a fellow in Forensic Pathology.
To see pictures you can simply do a flush on the internet but I recommend you don't do it, unless you work in the medical pasture. You must first have a trained eye and a trained mind. That solitary happens if you become a physician.
i dream up you would have to work to bring access.
I'm a med student and even i don't have access to that type of stuff, because its not my nouns.
but if you are interested get into forensic sciences at your local university.
