Where can I find free online medical databases approaching pubmed?

To search for information almost investigations that are being done for enduring disorders.
Similar www.pudmed.com
Thanks. Clinicaltrials.gov [http://clinicaltrials.gov] "provides regularly updated information about federally and privately supported clinical research contained by human volunteers. ClinicalTrials.gov gives you information around a trial's purpose, who may participate, locations, and phone numbers for more details. "
One can query by disease, location, treatment, and sponsor.
The information about a constant location will also say if the study is still recruit for volunteers.
Of course, if you search MedlinePlus (www.medlineplus.gov) by disease, in attendance will be links to clinical trials regarding that disease.
It may be possible that ClinicalTrials.gov is updated more immediately ththan the individual disease/conditions pages contained by MedlinePlus. So it would be wise to check both MedlinePlus and ClinicalTrials.gov
I enjoy found Centerwatch.org to be virtually worthless. It is not as complete as ClinicalTrials.
Hope this helps!
Janice
